Overview
MORE® AntiEtch® ('Product") must be installed by a MORE® AntiEtch® Certified Applicator ('Certified Applicator') in accordance with application instructions provided by MORE® Surface Care, LLC (MORE®). The Product's warranty must be registered at roxsurfacesolutions.com.
The Certified Applicator and homeowner are responsible for ensuring all warranty registration information is accurate and complete.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
ROX ™ offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the Product to the original owner or user ('Purchaser') when installed by a Certified Applicator in accordance with MORE® application instructions, industry standards, and building codes. The Product will be free from manufacturing defects, will resist stains and etching, and will not deteriorate under normal use for the lifetime of the countertop, provided that the Product is free from damage and properly adhered.
This Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it eliminate the need for routine maintenance and cleaning. This warranty covers the Product only and excludes all claims related to the underlying natural stone surface.
*"Lifetime of the Countertop" means the period beginning on the date of installation of the Product on the countertop at the original installation address and ending on the earliest to occur of: (a) removal, alteration, or relocation of any portion of the countertop or the Product; (b) loss of structural integrity or failure of the underlying substrate/stone unrelated to the Product; (c) change of use not disclosed at registration; or (d) sale or transfer of the property or countertop.
Coverage applies only while the coating remains intact and properly adhered and the surface is maintained as directed.
Additional Exclusions
Installation / Workmanship by anyone other than a Certified Applicator; improper installation; failure to follow written instructions, industry standards, or building codes; or any structural failure of the countertop or substrate.
Misuse, abuse, accidents, or heavy use/traffic, including scratching or scuffing from sliding heavy or sharp objects. The Product does not add scratch resistance and, like marble, may scratch or scuff under such conditions.
Ordinary wear and tear and cosmetic changes expected from normal use.
Improper use of cleaning or maintenance products or procedures.
Outdoor use or prolonged UV exposure and discoloration attributable to UV.
Natural variations inherent to stone: color/shade differences; markings; veining; pits, holes, inclusions and density differences, etc.
Staining beneath the coating from failures unrelated to the Product (including caulking line failure) and pre-existing contaminants (oils, waxes, silicones, sealers, impregnators, enhancers, resins, polyester fills, adhesives) that may cause discoloration or delamination
Damage from prolonged moisture exposure from items such as drying racks, mats, or boards.
Discoloration or delamination caused by pre-existing surface contaminants (oils, waxes, silicones, etc.).
Any item which might be expected to damage the Product, including but not limited to: abuse, negligence, falling objects, fire, earthquake, tornado, or other natural disaster, exposure to extreme heat or accident.
Replacement costs for labor and installation materials such as tile, natural stone, grout, setting materials, electrical, plumbing and any other related installation costs.

THIS FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND MORE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE OF MORE HAS AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT.
Limitation of Remedies
In the event of a valid warranty claim, ROX™ will remove the stain or repair the etch at its sole discretion. This is the Purchaser's exclusive remedy. IN NO EVENT SHALL MORE BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. MORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
